The third layer consists of memory foam at 4 inches thick with a density of at least 4 pounds per square inch. Fourth layer will be more memory foam at 1-2 inches thick with a density of 2-4 pounds per square inch. Done!  You have your own memory foam mattress.

Remember to place your newly made mattress on a flat and stable surface with adequate support for the effects of the memory foam to be effective. Enjoy!
